Welcome to ProfileHR - a new concept in HR information. The website has been designed to be a 'one-stop' shop where you can put information you want your employees to see and applications they need to access.

The website is designed using one of the latest and most widely used content management systems to enable the ultimate in flexibility and ease of use. You can add more information on, link programmes and websites and you can also remove anything you do not want. And it is secure - your website is only for your company.

Take a look around:

• This is the home page. Here you can put any information you want people to see when they first log in. You might want to publish company news, display the latest sales figures, remind people about a company event or deadline, publish photos from the annual Christmas picnic. Whatever you want to put here, can be done.
• The menu at the top right is where you can link to more content, to other websites and applications. If you click on HRIS, you will go to a web page where you can log in to a fully functional HR information system. This is provided free of charge as part of the ProfileHR website.
• You will also see that we have added some content to the left and right sidebars - a poll, a random quote generator and contact details for HR staff. This too can be easily customised to suit your needs.
• Finally, you will see a big red button that says HELP!. This links to a monitored forum where you can ask any HR question you want and we will respond within 8 business hours.

You get all of this for one low monthly price. We also throw in three hours of setup time free of charge to get you up and running. This can be used for website content changes, uploading your logo and populating the HRIS with your employee data.
